·         Professional Driver's license

·         NBI Clearance (bring a hard copy to the office)

·         OR / CR / Deed of sale (with a letter of authorization if the vehicle is not owned)

·         Picture of the vehicle (front, side, back)

·         For truck (2000 kg): Photocopy of all requirements+PA

·         For MPV (600 kg) and Trucks (1000 kg and 2000 kg): pushcart is required

Last is the orientation, this is required and make sure you attend to your chosen schedule.
